I placed and paid for a simple medium iced black coffee (about $6) on the Dunkin’ app — nothing fancy — but accidentally selected the wrong location. When I got to the store and showed my receipt and transaction, I fully understood that franchises are separate. However, given the situation, I was hoping for at least a little bit of customer care. Instead, I was bluntly told, “Sorry, we can’t help you. You’ll have to place a new order.” No effort to assist, no courtesy coffee, no problem-solving — just a flat too bad. On an already tough morning, this was incredibly frustrating. It’s a small gesture to help someone out over a black coffee, but instead, I left feeling unseen and unvalued as a regular customer. I expected better from a brand I’ve supported for years. Definitely reconsidering where I get my coffee from now on.

Literally NOTHING was right with my order. Nothing ! All 5 items were , missing or wrong. Yeah Uber gave me my money but there goes my time wasted and nothing to eat. PLEASE PLEASE , triple check the orders before they go out !
