The manager is a little runt who will cuss out customers, instead of making sure the orders are correct. I hate it there and will go to the Bond St. and Livingston Street location. They all suck.

The coffee was one of the best I’ve had from any dunkin I’ve visited to date (and I’ve been to a lot). Today I ordered the same items and while the maple bacon croissant held up, the coffee was absolutely terrible, it tasted like gasoline or some chemical that shouldn’t be consumed by a human. My guess is there’s a different staff working today than there was yesterday, these folks might need some retraining.

After waiting, I got my order and went to my place. When I opened it, the croissant only had cream — no egg and cheese — and the avocado toast had bacon on it. I went back to tell them, but the staff was very rude and refused to admit their mistake. The manager even started shouting at me, used abusive language, and tried to fight with me. It was a very disrespectful and racist experience. This is unacceptable behavior from both staff and management. Boycott this location — worst customer service ever.
