After I was ignored for half an hour, the woman working lets me know they don’t have a milk substitute for my coffee. Why would you not announce that to everybody waiting ahead of time? How is this business still running considering they are consistently I live around the corner from this place and I will never set foot in there again. I’d rather pay more money at another coffee shop and actually get what I ordered.

Like they usually give me what I order sure lol but like today is a perfect example of how they operate : I went in to order my coffee & food, a woman is putting cash into the register as I step up. She ignores me for a solid 3minutes while I stand there patiently waiting for her to address me (happy to wait for her to finish the task at hand before moving on to help a customer.) She finally looks up at me & goes “sorry, we’re closed for 5 minutes.” I’m looking at her like ??? & she repeats herself “we’re closed for like 5 minutes cuz we need time you know?” It’s 1:15pm. There was no one ahead of me & only one person in behind me in line. Like why didn’t she say that when she saw me waiting to begin with? I feel like this experience represents exactly the vibe of this Dunkin. It’s 5 minutes, I’ll be fine, I’ll run an errand and come back but…. Just take from my experience what you will.
