- JBJovany B2 days ago3.0Hey on my visit today the noise level were very quiet and I only had 2 and half people in front of me, 1 was picking up an order and two waiting to order. Took about couple mins not too long. I rate 3 because I have to repeat multiple times that I wanted 2 muffins not 1. You know when you hear yourself speak but other person couldn't hear you? Yeah like that , I cleared my throat first and then I order still wasn't able to hear. It wasn't even much noise going on. Maybe it was previous distraction b4 I arrived from train station

(And they looked like they've been in that freezer for awhile.) Only to get them elsewhere for 1/2 the price. (And they looked more fresh!!) Smh!!

After I was ignored for half an hour, the woman working lets me know they don’t have a milk substitute for my coffee. Why would you not announce that to everybody waiting ahead of time? How is this business still running considering they are consistently I live around the corner from this place and I will never set foot in there again. I’d rather pay more money at another coffee shop and actually get what I ordered.
