    I bought a hot latte today and I saw the girl pour some coffee from one cup, and then some from another. This is not how you make a latte. We pay a lot of money for a m cup of coffee, and we need to get it right. Please fix this at this location. This is the new girl.

    This is the best Dunkin I have been to anywhere in NYC. They are consistently amazing. The way they get your drink order PERFECT is their strongest point. The food is always prepared properly and cooked well (not over or under done.) All my coworkers and and I agree they are the best. Not to mention they are polite and professional, consistently pleasant. They aren't nice in a phony way, it's genuine. And last but not least they are fast. I wish all Dunkins were like this one.

    Food is burned 3 different times since we told them to keep an eye on it they still burned bread and cheese. Coffe smelled burned too. They need to adjust their times on warmer.
