    Had an absolutely horrible experience in this location this morning Nov,19,2025 and I have been calling corporate but the number isn’t working so I’m leaving this review . I placed an order on the dunkin app like i normally do as i am a frequent customer. I was charged for the order but did not see any order placed on the app so I walked a few blocks to the restaurant ( inconvenience #1) I arrive at the restaurant was greeted very poorly by Samantha she claimed she the manager she stated there was no order so i placed a new order i asked who do i contact she quickly says the app i informed her i already tried that and she shrugged her shoulders and proceeded to call the next customer completely disregarding my concerns i stepped to the side to try to contact customer service which didn’t work i called the customer service number it didn’t work so i did the survey on the receipt when I completed it, it said i would receive an email which i didn’t so i asked the workers do i have to wait on the email to get the doughnut for doing the survey she said she didn’t know as the manager is walking behind her mumbling ignoring the situation i asked her and she said “she doesn’t know she already heard me asking” never making eye contact or talking to me like an actual human let alone paying customer she proceeded to say she doesn’t care etc even the other lady working got frustrated and started cursing & yelling slurs at me i have it all on video even though Samantha and the worker clearly stated they don’t care which is horrible basic customer service skills, I will eventually be sending it to corporate as soon as they answer the phone as well as proceeding with any further actions necessary to ensure this issue is rectified and dealt with properly so I can continue to dine here comfortably and other customers for that matter

    There was a Jamaican lady who had on bonnet & she had a attitude since I walked in. She had a smug on her face and sucked her teeth because I ordered turkey egg and cheese, but she gave me a pork, sausage egg and cheese. She also gave other customers a attitude, one of them even said "I didnt even order that much, why she have a attitude". Also I told I wanted the donuts at the bottom but she was going to the middle and other places and she was putting the donuts back like we were getting on her nerves. When we literally said all the way st the bottom and pointed. We were nice to her since we came but she was rude.

    Firstly, I really wish i could give zero stars. The cashier guy was being racist since I had my hijab and abaya. I had to wait for 10-12mins just to grab some munchkins. And I ordered a wrap with only EGG AND CHEESE. The guy he repeated ten times no meat right ? And I kept saying yes. No meat at all. Because of-course religious belief. And then there the lady preps the order. She sees me in hijab and abaya and still gives the wrap with pork in it. I didn’t notice then and half way on my way While I opened the pack. There was meat. I touched it to make sure and YES IT WAS PORK. As frustrating and blood boiling this is. I had to go back and say it and guess what. THE GUY WAS LAUGHING. I MEAN WHAT THE HELL IS THIS BEHAVIOUR? Racism and giving a Muslim woman PORK ????? DISGUSTING. I would rather starve then go to dunkin ever again. DISGUSTING experience.
