The staff was unprofessional and inattentive—one employee spent time on the phone while another did all the work, and the girl sat in the corner even as customers were waiting in line. They seemed more focused on chatting with someone from BP than helping customers. To make matters worse, my drink was poorly made and tasted terrible. The team here clearly needs retraining, and I will not be returning
