  This Dunkin gets BUSY. I gave the 4 stars for the food because I love Dunkin. Definitely a guilty pleasure. But the ladies in there handle the orders like a champ. It can't always be perfect because of the rush that comes and the online orders but they are great. Bought come across the usual Zombie in there or at the front door though.

  I ordered a box of Joe and 2 dozen donuts. I let them know I'm in a bit of rush for work and they got right on it and had me tooken care of quickly. They did forget the sugars so next time I'll double check but they were helpful and fast.

  I placed an order thru the app. Once I got to the store for pick up I was told the item is out of stock. I asked for a refund and the workers refused to give me a refund. I was told a refund can't be given which I know that wasn't true. Then I was told refunds can't be give thru the app. I was told I need to have the entire DD card number for them to enter the information. Excuses after excuses. I never received the refund. The behavior was dishonest and very professional. HORRIBLE customer service.

  I am a regular and loyal customer of Dunkin’ who prefers your brand over other coffee shops. I’ve visited many Dunkin’ locations and have always appreciated the consistent service — until a recent visit to one particular location. During this visit, I requested a Midnight coffee, which was clearly part of a current offer valid until 6 PM. I made my request well within that time frame, but the employee refused to provide the coffee, stating that “they don’t make that coffee in the afternoon.” When I pointed out the promotion's terms, he continued to refuse and then went so far as to tell me not to come to this location again. I found this behavior extremely rude and unprofessional, especially given that I was simply asking for what was clearly being offered. As a regular customer, I expect to be treated with respect and fairness, and this experience did not meet those standards. I hope this issue will be addressed appropriately.
