  I’m literally standing here right now and I can’t believe how classless the cook was!!! He needs to be retrained! Sandy the cashier was so kind and professional. I came in to waste money really fast, ordered a hot chocolate and a toasted croissant. Within seconds my croissant was done ! I was like wow that was fast. Only to look in my bag and see that the Indian cook just threw it in the toaster for a second and took it out. I said why didn’t you cut it open and toast it? He looked shocked that I checked my bag then takes it from me sliced it open and retoasted it. He looked unkempt and not clean to be making food. Sandy was so pleasant I’m sorry she has to work with him. I have NEVER left a review for dunkin in over 20 years. Do not go in here it looks gross and so does the cook.

  There is not much you owe about your food, it is normal, the worrying thing is your service. I can see with my own eyes the manager’s terrible treatment with one of her exonerated exes, refusing to pay her. As a customer it was very uncomfortable, and as she was so “busy” fighting with her former employee, she served me my cold food, late and my coffee without sugar, extremely black and 0 as I had ordered, terrible service.

  This location never has any iced decaf coffee I wanted to do a pick up order, I submitted it via Uber eats and they were going to just make me a random iced coffee without it being decaf, I take medication, my medication does not mix well with caffeine. I’m not sure why Dunkin’ Donuts at this location struggles with having decaf but they haven’t had decaf in months. And then when I went to go try to cancel the order, it doesn’t let me cancel on my end so they were going to charge me anyway for something that I wasn’t gonna drink and I’m pretty sure they were gonna lie about the fact is caffeinated which could really put me in a bad situation. When I tried to request being refunded, they said that they can’t do anything and it has to be on my end which doesn’t give me the option.

  This place is filthy, there's water damage on the ceiling, so there has to be mold in this store. The walls are even disgusting. How is Dunkin Donuts corporate allowing this.

  They are often out of certain items. In my most recent experience, they refused to substitute any of the missing items for other items that were LESS expensive than the item missing. When I showed them the prices on the phone to compare, they told me I was wrong (???). I took the refund and will no longer be visiting this location.
