We placed an order at 6:30pm and you're literally telling me Dunkin DONUTS that runs 24/7 at 6:30pm ran out of DONUTS. Ha. They were also out of munchkins - might as well close the whole shop. WORST part is they do not offer refund. It is their fault for not making sure their inventory is updated on the app, and somehow it is OUR fault for asking for alternatives or a refund. They also weren't even apologetic! Mind you, it's freaking cold in NYC, made our way over to pick up app order just to be told 1. No donuts 2. No refund 3. No alternatives. They did say we can go back to pick up the donuts tomorrow morning instead. What a joke.

One day I ordered a Boston creme and of course they didn't have it. Not a huge deal but when there were only slim pickings of other donuts I couldn't get the apple fritter. I wasn't trying to get over and it coated a few cents more but the lady said no. So I took a donut I didn't want and just gave it away to my friends. Again, not major, but when you're a customer for x amount of donkey years and then treated like I'm trying to get over is definitely insulting. I also said I'd pay the difference but she said I couldn't do that? It's the little things
