- HBhassan blandDec 26, 20251.0I came in on Christmas Day with my family. We all ordered a peppermint mocha latte. It came with whip cream on top. When going in for the first sip it immediately smelled sour. We asked the 2 workers that were there around 6pm to smell it. They both said that is normal and that is what whip cream smells like when it touches something hot. I asked if they could remake it without whip cream. They said that they could but they would have to charge me. A sour smell means bacteria has started to grow. We requested our money back. Don’t go here!
