Unfortunately, when we opened it, the coffee looked and tasted like watered-down tea. It was so diluted that it was embarrassing to serve. I returned it to the store, and even the employees commented that it looked like water. I was told I could only receive a refund if I came back the next morning, which I explained I was unable to do. The employee, Muhammed, called his manager, Hussain, who then spoke to me and said he would need to “investigate” to make sure I wasn’t scamming them before issuing a refund. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, especially given the price. Save your time and money and go to Bagel Pub next door instead, similar prices and much better quality.
