When I went to pick it up, I found that they gave me a croissant instead — and the croissant looked like something leftover that nobody wanted. The staff substituted my order without informing me at all. When I went back to ask if they gave me the wrong item, the employee told me the bagel was sold out — yet they still went ahead and changed my order without asking. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

The young woman working there handed it over the counter to me and I dropped it, spilling 90% of it onto the floor. I tried to help clean up but they came out and took care of it. I asked if she would refill/replace it and she looked at me like I had three heads. She sort of shrugged like, “no, we won’t do that” but didn’t even speak any words to me. I hadn’t even stepped away from the counter. The tea probably costs them 25 cents to make and I was honestly shocked that they wouldn’t replace it. Extremely frustrating for what it cost me.

I was running too late to go back to that store so i stopped at this store to try and get the sweetener. A woman named Rahman working at 1:30 PM at the front today had the nastiest attitude and refused to even give me a sugar packet. It’s deplorable how she treated me, a consistent paying customer this afternoon and i will be calling corporate.
