Yesterday I decided to order food and it was $36.87 when the payment processed to my card an additional $3.97 was taken out my account for a tip. So if you buy food here beware they are tipping themselves off of your personal card .

If the tracker is accurate on an estimated 20 min delivery time, the pizza hadn’t even been prepared yet, and I get it places are busy, apps aren’t reliable. About 30 min later my order was marked delivered which was weird because my apartment wasn’t buzzed. I walked downstairs and even outside, no pizza. I called the location and they cut me off several times hurriedly insisting the food was 10 minutes away and “he must’ve pressed the button by accident” to complete the order. Another 35 minutes later still no food and I called back, I’m again talked to rudely and hung up on mid sentence this time. I was told he was “2 minutes away he’s at a red light”. We have now hit the two hours post order mark and I’ve still not received my food and if I did I’m sure it would be ice cold and the store has stopped picking up the phone. Absolutely unacceptable UPDATE: got my food, driver despite being told I’m sick and asking him to come up to leave it at my door insisted I come outside in the cold to get my food. Pizza was indeed cold, incorrect and in general, the saddest pizza I’ve ever seen. Parts of it are barely if at all covered in cheese and sauce when I ordered extra of both
