  I ordered thru the Dominos app and left special instructions (arrange single toppings in shape of heart for Valentine’s Day). I called the store to politely verify they received the special instructions. The man who answered was very rude and curt, yelling that “I ALREADY MADE THE PIZZA! DO YOU WANT TO CANCEL IT?!” The delivery driver was very kind however. The pizza was what I ordered minus the special instructions and was delicious. I don’t appreciate the rude man on the phone however.

  Domino’s Delivery Review – 02/01/2026 I ordered pizza from Domino’s for delivery, which should have been a quick 10-minute drive. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing, as it took over an hour and a half for the pizza to arrive. Even worse, the delivery driver refused to bring the pizza to my door, despite my request, and instead told me to pick it up in the lobby. The driver claimed that Domino’s doesn’t deliver to the door, which was both inconvenient and frustrating after such a long wait. Overall, this experience was unacceptable. I would rate this delivery 1 out of 5 stars. Pros: None. Cons: Extremely late delivery Pizza not delivered to the door as requested Poor customer service attitude I hope Domino’s addresses this issue to prevent future customers from having a similar experience.

  An absolute disaster. Last week I ordered a pizza about 45 minutes from store close. As usual my order was marked prepped, cooked and out for delivery. As I watched the tracker, driver Samir, I noticed he was not moving. After about 20 minutes, five minutes after store close, my order was marked delivered and I was never given my food. I called the next day to get a refund and was told to call back at 6:30 when a manager would be there. When I called back, the phone rang and rang and rang and I got nobody. The delivery driver either stole my food or they are having malpractice going on at this location. I complained to corporate and they gave me a free medium pizza, but no refund which my original order was way more than a medium pizza. So today I decided to test my luck again. I wanted that medium pizza that they had promised me so I placed an order. At 6:49 the order was listed as out for delivery. It is now 7:46 PM and I have not gotten my order. As of five minutes ago, the driver was back at the store. It is important to know that this is the exact same driver I was assigned last time, Samir. I tried calling the store and spent 20 minutes hearing the phone ring with nobody answering. This is absolutely obscene and disgusting practice and there is no way to get your money back if this is done to you. Order from literally any other pizza place because this establishment has proven that you will not get your food nor will you get an equitable refund.

  They will not deliver your pizza on time no one at the store picks up the phone and the pizzas look like garbage and are made horribly simply do not get from this dominoes it sucks

  These are the ppl they expect you to tip, and yet never come upstairs. Abandon the food in the lobby and always act like someone is coming “downstairs”. Don’t expect any of the drivers to come up no matter the amount $ of tip you give. My advice don’t tip since they only do half the job and abandon the rest where the feel they can. Horrible way to conduct business.
