By the time the pizza finally arrived, it was cold and clearly had been sitting for a while. This completely ruined the meal experience. What made it worse was the lack of communication and accountability. There was no explanation for the delay, no apology, and no effort made to fix the issue or offer a solution. As a paying customer, I expected basic professionalism and timely service, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and it does not reflect well on the company. I would think twice before ordering from this location again and would not recommend it to others who expect quality service and hot food.

It started with my order being completely wrong when it was delivered. I called the location and the manager who I spoke with had the nastiest most disgusting attitude I've ever heard out of a service employee! He asked me to bring the pizza to the location for it to be replaced when he clearly knew it was a delivery order. After going back and forth for him to make things right he said he would send a new pizza. After waiting over a hour and a half I eventually got the order. I was hung up on multiple times and he refused to give me his name. I will NEVER order from this dominoes location ever again and this manager shouldn't have a job there.

Everything is hot & I’m currently tearing it up. The reviews worried me after I placed the order but I’m relieved to have a great experience & it came within 30 minutes ordered and fresh.
