  The food is great, the service is wanting. The staff is not attentive when you show up for your mobile order. They are not attentive to details in your online order, thank God, I am not using Door dash or UberEats because I would be pissed. I asked for Square Cut, not Pie Cut on my order, 4 times in a row, they missed that part. One time, I ordered Pizza, and they waited, 13 minutes from the time I put the order in, to put the Pizza in the oven. I missed my cab ride because that error. And I will say this without being too offensive, based on the staff that works there overnight, they don't have an American sensibility of customer service. They are very bottom line, and that isn't a recipe for long term success, especially when I can go to Papa John's down the road. Do better. Again, the food is fine. The service is wanting.

  I will be prefacing this with the fact that we are about 4-5 short blocks away from this location straight down Tompkins and this all happened the same night that I am posting this. We ordered our food around 8:30pm. Food had an ETA of 8:54-9:03pm. From 8:50-9:10pm we observed the driver’s location not change which showed him literally only 2 blocks away from us. We called the location (and got hung up on) multiple times in order to get some sort of update on where our food is after seeing the “driver” being in the same location on the app for ~20-30 mins. Food didn’t arrive til around 9:45 and was cold by the time we tried to eat it. SB: I find it interesting how the driver and the person that originally answered the phone in the store have a similar voice? My guess is that he actually hadn’t left yet and was trying to cover his ass. He went from saying give the driver ~5mins to ~10-15 mins within the same phone call without speaking to anybody else. Once I called him out on the varying time frames, that was the first attempt to hang up on us. When we called back (~9:30pm), a female employee answered the phone and eluded to the fact that another employee was avoiding answering the phone. Thankfully she actually tried to help with the situation. If the person that originally answered the phone was the driver then he is a coward and couldn’t handle being transparent with us about where the food is. Based on the previous reviews, it seems as though there are always issues with this location. If this is indicative of how dysfunctional this store is, I implore you to not waste your time with ordering here. 2 hrs of my life that I’d love to get back.
