    Every time I order from here the pizza is just not good. Usually the website will have my pizza delivered from the Flatbush location but this time I could not see where it was coming from and had I known it was this location I would have cancelled. The pizza just never has any taste. Ever!!! Such a disappointment and money wasted.

    I absolutely love Dominos but this was the Worst Service received from the Ralph Ave store. I placed an order and the person on the phone shouting at me after the delivery was messed up. I am totally disappointed. I had to ask him not to speak to me like that.

    Never in my life have I recieved customer service so terrible. Instead of catering to their customers for keeping them in business the manager will argue with you and take 0 accountability. Even if they mess up your order and send you a new order they want the old order back? For what? Are you gonna give it to someone else? That’s so disgusting. It’s the 21st century and google map is a thing and the drivers still can’t find your location even if you’re delivering two blocks away from where they are. Everyone who works for that location seems incompetent. Except max if he’s still there! I don’t know who their GM is but a serious conversation needs to be had. Maybe some firing too.
