Not only was the estimated delivery delayed by an hour, the delivery tracker stated the food was delivered 12:14 am, despite it actually arriving at 12:30 am. The food was cold, overcooked, and one of the pizzas was flipped or pressed down on, since cheese was on the lids of the box. In terms of the overcooked pizza, we were informed that it was made to standards. The rating of this location truly is deserved, might need to be lower.

I called about an order that was marked delivered but never received, before I could state my concern, I was abruptly interrupted, dismissed and talked at instead of seamlessly handling my request promptly. I was rudely hung up on. This has lead me to not order thru the app again, and handle my orders through DoorDash. The deals are not worth it. Thank you for taking your time reading this review!

Called at 7:30 and they stated the driver had been to my house and called while outside. I had no missed calls and the camera at my house shows no one came. After calling and they stated that they'll be back in 20 mins, no one ever came back. He lied and stated that they came again. Again, I have a camera outside my home revealing no one ever came. My husband even waited outside. The person on the phone stated that the driver rung my door bell. I have a ring camera as well, and no one rung the bell. I won't be ordering from them again. Either they can not read English or didn't have enough drivers. He hung up. I went by, and they are unclean. The windows are dirty and nasty. Do not order from them. They should be shut down.
