The lack of basic competence and customer service here is honestly unbelievable. If you can’t deliver food or answer the phone, you shouldn’t be taking orders.

The driver did not leave the store to deliver my food until 4pm. The tracker then said the food delivered. It was not. I called the store asking for my order, and I was told the driver was 5 min away. After the third phone call at 4:30pm!! I gave up and called back I was on hold for 15 min ! and asked for order to be cancelled. My favorite part of this entire experience is how quick they were to cancel my order LOL what a joke. This location needs to closed down because clearly I’m not only one with a horrible experience.
