If you’re disabled or old or can’t for any reason go downstairs they don’t care they’ll say you refused delivery cause they refuse to enter residential buildings and they’ll deliver you cold food on top of it. Stop marking things as delivered if it’s not delivered.

I do not recommend anyone getting delivery from this location, pick it up if possible or try to order from a different location if you can. Non of the pizza boxes were sealed so they can be tampered with. They no longer put labels on the boxes, instead there is a paper receipt, The delivery person shoved the paper receipt into the side of one of the boxes, possibly opening the box to do so, the receipt is touching the pizza, so I will be tossing out that pizza. Delivery instructions are clearly printed near the top of the receipt, but the delivery person did not follow the instructions to leave the pizza on the steps and to not call or ring the bell, instead calling multiple times and ringing the door bell multiple times waking up the baby as well as all the kids in the house, it was a 9pm delivery.
