  Seeing that the manager or employees at this location does not value their job or customers I am writing a formally complain about the extremely poor service I have repeatedly experienced at this Domino’s location, 146 Smith st Brooklyn, NY 11201. Over the years, this store has consistently provided unprofessional, rude, and unreliable service. On today’s date in particular, my order was never delivered. The driver never arrived, never called my number, and ultimately canceled my order without notifying me. Please be advised on the appoint shoes they delivered my food. I only found out when I called the store almost two hours later. When I spoke to staff, they responded with an unprofessional attitude instead of assisting me. This is not an isolated incident. For years, this location has demonstrated the same pattern: rude interactions with customers, failure to deliver food as advertised, and refusal to bring orders directly to the door despite Domino’s marketing this as a key part of its service. Each time I have called with questions, I have been met with unnecessary hostility and dismissive responses. I order delivery for convenience and reliability, but this location has failed to uphold even the most basic standards of customer service. Domino’s advertises pride in delivering to the door, yet this store refuses to do so and treats customers disrespectfully. I respectfully request that corporate review this location’s practices and address the ongoing issues. Customers should not be treated rudely or left without their orders after waiting hours.

  I don’t usually write any reviews, but this was the worst experience ever. I do not recommend anyone to order anything from the Smith Street location. I ordered for delivery, paid for the order and delivery. My order was not delivered. Driver refused to deliver my order to my apartment, as it was indicated in the delivery instructions. Driver did not provide a legitimate reason for delivering the order. Why take an order, charge it and refuse to deliver? Contacted the store and with the manager FYI…the store manager and driver are both irresponsible.

  Took 2 hours to deliver and pizza is cold and barely any topping , asked for extra meat and only 3 pieces :(

  should have read the reviews before placing an order. I placed an order and selected the option to have my order delivered to my front door because I cannot do curbside. I got a call from the delivery person who said they were in the lobby and as i was trying to explain to him the issue he hung up on me. I called the store directly and when i got through to someone he said "they cannot deliver upstairs for security reasons". This order was prepaid with a card so there was no risk of the pizza being stolen if that was their worry. I have NEVER had this issue with other dominoes or food delivery. I will never order delivery from here again. He claims he canceled my order. I will 100 percent dispute this on my card if it is not resolved. The worst customer service for subpar frozen pizza. They said they would cancel the order and after a few days I see the transaction posted to my card. I will be disputing and never ordering from this or any other Domino's.
