- DDDante95nyc3 days ago1.0Shut down the establishment or FIRE EVERYONE!!! I ordered a medium pizza a little over two hours ago. After they confirmed the order I was told to wait 30-45 minutes. I waited for over an HOUR! No one ever called or arrived to the apartments, so I called only to be left on the line for close ten minutes. That's when I decided to leave my apartment, take the elevator downstairs and walk fifteen minutes in the cold to see what's going on down there. I walked in the store, talk to the guy in the front, gave him my information and confirmed that it was the same store I had recently ordered from and come to find out...There wasn't an ordered placed in the system!!! HOW!?!? WHY!?!? Needless to say I was pissed. SO NOT ONLY DID WE WASTE OUR MONEY! OUR FOOD NEVER SHOWED UP! I should've read the reviews before placing an order because look at this these! This is ridiculous! It's all one stars. Like I said fire everyone!

Ive noticed this isnt really with just one store. Ordered my food at 3:30 i have to wait till 6:30 and hope it gets here. Because no one will pick up the phone I cant cancel.

I had a big order for a school that needed to be corrected. Who ever is in charge of the phone is very negligent!
