Gave instructions in the comments box as I’m sixth floor (elevator) Tipped in app. Delivery 35 minutes. Driver called and would not use elevator citing they’re not allowed. Called management (I have a baby and the whole point of delivery was not to have to leave the apartment food). Nasret (manager) coils not confirm this policy on the Dominoes website. Food was cold as driver decided to leave after saying he’d wait for 5 mins for me to get a neighbour / to come down. I came straight and he was on his bike. Manager agreed to send fresh hot pizza within 45 minutes. After 2 hrs nothing and he didn’t answer my phone calls. Called from a different number and they answered. I’ll probably pop down tomorrow to get a refund as This is a franchise run by less than capable people. Ordered a Chinese take out instead which had no problem with the elevator.
Pathetic excuse of a franchise - Domino’s is usually a quick, cheap option.
I’ll get a chargeback from my card after I’ve thrown the delivery back in store.

Worst Domino’s ever. I don’t expect much from chain pizza, but I’m nostalgic for the pizza of my childhood.
Multiple times now they’ve doubled the quoted delivery time, and also made a completely inedible, burnt pizza with basically no sauce. I’m not joking, so little sauce it’s like eating cardboard.
Also none of their delivery guys bother getting out of their damn cars. Then when you complain you get offered 20% off your next order as though that replaces the inedible large pizza I bought?
Place is trash.

Pizza was never delivered, but through Domino's Pizza app, order was marked as complete. I monitored the app and observed driver passing my address. Then it took approximately 8 more minutes for driver to notice they had passed location. Once driver arrived at location, they attempted to call, but never attempted to utilize intercom for apartment number as noted on receipt. When I called store directly regarding my order, no one answered the phone on each call [9 times].
I reached out to the app customer service portal and had to fill out a series of AI generated questions with no real solution. I am still waiting for my money to be refunded.
