  Do not order from this Store , I placed an order at 2:00 PM and my pizza was delivered over an hour Late . Pizza is cold I also pre tipped on the app . Mind you I’m only 5 minutes away from the restaurant by car and they went a mile away to deliver another order . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE THEY ARE THE WORST DOMINO’S I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH

  Service is Rude and Disrespectful Also Deliver Service is Very Poor. Not Leaving Deliver as Instructed On the App. Both Managers in Store are Non Compliant and Does Not Act in on Compliants.

  Horrible!!! I placed an online order for car side pickup, which is supposed to mean you wait in your car with your hazard lights on and an employee brings the food to you just like Domino’s advertises. The app said my pizza was ready about 12 minutes later, so I parked, turned on my hazards, and waited. When an employee finally came outside, I waved him down to let him know where I was parked. Instead of doing his job, he told me they’re “not doing car side pickup” even though it’s an option on their website and app. I reminded him that this is the service I paid for, and he still refused. When I went inside to ask for a refund, I was told there was no supervisor on duty and the manager refused to process it. I then asked them to just remake the order, and they told me it would take two hours, which makes absolutely no sense since the original order took 12 minutes. They didn’t care, were dismissive, and flat-out told me they were “done talking” to me. To make things worse, I later saw the same employee walk a pizza out to someone else’s car proving they were doing car side pickup, just not for me. I felt completely disrespected, singled out, and profiled. I ended up leaving without my order and disputing the charge with my bank. When I called for help, I was told the pizza was “still there waiting for pickup,” which means they kept both my money and my food. That’s theft, plain and simple. This store’s behavior was unprofessional, dishonest, and discriminatory. The staff clearly doesn’t care about customers or company policy. Domino’s corporate seriously needs to look into this location, retrain or replace management, and ensure customers aren’t being treated differently based on who they are. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Do better, Domino’s.

  If I could give it a 0 I would, they didn’t deliver my cinnasticks and when I told the driver the order had them he lied said someone else would bring them to me and then drove off and said the order was complete in the uber app. I requested a refund from uber and they denied it. I tried to call the store and no one picks up. I enjoy dominos but this location is a train wreck that needs to go out of business.
