  Terrible customer service. I don't understand how, with so many other pizzerias nearby, they can be so careless with customer service! Very bad service. Thank goodness Papa John's is nearby on Grand St.

  1 item = I WILL NEVER EAT HERE /DOMINOS AGAIN! Food arrives 1 hour AFTER “out for delivery” in an unsecured, bent damaged, greasy, dingy box looking Old and unsettling to eat. Especially after COVID this is just unacceptable! After talking to over the phone worker who was NO HELP. I Waited on the 20 minute RECORDING phone call for him to “see what he can do”🫤 JUST TO HANG UP😂. I WILL be taking necessary precautions to not only get my full refund back, I too will be reporting, filing complaints, concerns and violations

  A restaurant that gives you what you didn't order, is a restaurant that shouldn't be in service. Ordered a pasta with no cheese, and was given cheese. Lots of it. If you can't read, then maybe yall need to find another profession.

  My order delivery time changed 10 times. RED FLAG number 1. lol Don’t order from here. Your order will arrive 2 hours late cold and incorrect. If you think they will answer the phone- lol think again. They do not answer the phone- so do not waste your time, money and energy.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Domino’s location. I placed and paid for a curbside pickup order, checked in when I arrived, and waited for my food to be brought out. Even though the staff clearly saw my car, no one came out. When I went inside, the employee who identified himself as the manager told me he would not bring the order carside, refused to remake the food even though it had been sitting for some time, and ultimately would not give me my order or issue a refund. I left the store without receiving any food despite being charged in full. I also have a photo/video from the interaction showing my food behind the counter and the manager stating he would not release it to me. I called the police to report the issue ad they were not helpful at all. After this incident, I checked the Google reviews and saw multiple comments describing similar issues with customer service at this location. I wish I had seen those sooner, because it would have helped me avoid this experience altogether. I have reached out to corporate, but so far I have not received a resolution or a refund. I hope this review helps other customers be aware and also encourages the store to address these ongoing service problems. *Pictured: - My food order behind the counter nearly an hour after I placed my order. - The alleged manager on duty who refused to deliver my food carside or give it to me in the store.
