The app later marked the order as “delivered,” stating the food was left at my door, but nothing was there. I tried calling the store multiple times and no one answered. When I finally reached someone, I was told the food would arrive in 5–7 minutes. It still never arrived. I waited an additional two hours with no updates. Since the app would not allow me to request a refund and the store was not answering the phone, I went to the location in person (which is close to me) to ask for a refund. When I explained the situation and requested a refund, the employee insisted I take the food instead, despite it being nearly four hours later. I declined. The employee was rude, dismissive, and left me standing there for about 10 minutes while doing something else. He eventually printed the refund receipt, slammed it on the counter, and walked away as if I had done something wrong. This experience was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. I will not be ordering from this location again and recommend reading other reviews before wasting your time.
