On my second order, the driver refused to come up to my floor and instead marked the order as “delivered” even though I never received any food. No call, no message — nothing. What’s even worse, the exact same thing happened again an hour later. The order was marked as delivered, but this time the driver was about 3 miles away from my location when he claimed it was delivered. This is not a small mistake — this is a complete failure of the delivery system and dishonest behavior from the drivers. Two paid orders, zero food received. I will never order from Domino’s again and strongly advise others to avoid it.

What you can expect from this place is mediocre pizza, somewhere between underbaked and burnt - sometimes both, which will be delivered more or less on time if these guys have nothing to do. Busy times - different story. Last night order shows as delivered on tracker, but not in reality. Called the restaurant, was told to give driver another 5 minutes. Called back in 10 minutes - the person answering the phone hang up on me, after I repeated my inquiry about order whereabouts. Called again - they didn't pick up. Classic juvenile behavior, trying to hide from annoying adults asking after homework. Altogether the order was delivered 30 minutes after it was labeled as delivered. The very apologetic driver explained that they had "too many customers". Well, I'm happy to help with that, removing myself from the customer pool.
