  I am leaving this here because I don’t see notice anywhere online that the store currently closed because of an electrical issue. This is what i was told on the phone by special events and also by the general line. The funny thing is Open Tables just asked me to confirm my table for tomorrow. Inform people so they don’t waste their time and energy!

  Unprofessional , horrible service!! This is a place where the waiters act like you are bothering them.They have the worst attitude, at least the 3 of the staff that we interacted it with,one of them was supposedly a manager. If you don’t like people go work in the back or get a different job. Also waited over 30 minutes for a fountain drink, over 45 minutes for a single order of chicken wings. The bartender doesn’t know how to make drinks and they tasted horrible. Nothing like it was described on the menu or the picture. The food tasted ok but it seems at least this location or this particular night the staff was not what Dave and Buster’s represents. Go at your own risk.

  I booked a private party for my son’s birthday and was truly happy with the entire experience. We had a small hiccup with the room not being available on time (just a few minutes behind from a previous party) but were quickly accommodated by the manager on duty. 10/10 would recommend for private events! The event coordinator was very responsive when I had questions, our host was fantastic, the room was very spacious, and our guest had fun. I will definitely consider booking again in the future!

  On November 2nd,2025 I went to this Dave&Buster located at the 365 Gateway Drive, Brooklyn, NY. I have been to numerous D&B from Massachusetts down to Florida especially the location in Suffolk and Nassau County, NY so I am not new to the establishments. I can not understand why when they are located in the city area the staff have a nonchalant, don't care attitude when it comes to service especially in the bar area. First, the bar area was a mess with dirty plates, glasses,and counter. As i pan the area to sit down I notice it was not that crowded for a football Sunday which was surprising. Secondly, after sitting down for fifteen minutes neither of the two female bartenders came over and ask me did I need anything, but they attended to two other couples that arrived twenty minutes after me. Third,I ask to speak with a Manager to find out what was going on especially on a slow day. A Manager named Norman came over an I explained to him how long I have been waiting and also other people that arrived way after me received service before me. He did not apologize and had a very nonchalant attitude saying they will get to me. So instead of taking my order and being sympathetic about the situation he went over and started making drinks. After another five minutes one of the bartenders came over to me. Finally, after drinking my seltzeri left. I don't know what's going on with this particular place,but that's very unprofessional and unacceptable response from a Manager to a customer from a Big Company/ establishment such as Dave& Buster. Every D&B I have been to if there was a problem the Managers have went above and beyond to rectify the situation without blinking. Once again I cannot figure out why when Corporate establishments are in city and suburban area the attitude along with the service is different. I am very disappointed and will reach out to Corporate about this matter. Hopefully Manager Norman will review his sensitivity and customer training videos again.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Date: November 2, 2025 Location: Dave & Buster’s My server Kishana was excellent and did the best she could, but my overall experience was extremely disappointing. My food took over 30 minutes to come out, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. I sent it back, only for it to take another 20 minutes—and it still wasn’t right. Even our other server, Emmy, mentioned the order looked cold before it left the kitchen, but they sent it out anyway. I ended up canceling my spinach artichoke dip because the wait was too long. It’s clear the kitchen needs new management or proper training, as this was unacceptable service. I was really looking forward to enjoying Dave & Buster’s in my neighborhood as a local, but after this experience, I won’t be coming back. On top of that, there were not enough bartenders for a busy football Sunday, and the overall operation felt disorganized. The kitchen needs a complete revamp immediately.
