  I had a terrible experience at this dave and busters I got there at like 937pm they told me there was a wait lists that they call me and never did mind you i stood there from 937pm all the way until 10:30pm and they never sat me others cam ein with no reservations and got seated real quick there was alot of empty tables they just ignored me the whole time its terrible service here I wouldn't recommend any of my family or friends to come here service is terrible and it needs alot of improvements

  It’s great that they’ve opened a location here! It’s convenient for most people in the community. This place is always bustling with families, whether they’re celebrating birthdays or just enjoying a day out. I appreciate the eat-and-play deals; it’s a great way to save money. However, the service can be slow due to the high volume of customers, and the heating isn’t very effective during the colder months.

  THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO COME WITHOUT ORDERING ANY FOOD THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE DUE TO LACK OF STAFF PERSONAL, DRINK MANU IS HORRIBLE SO PLEASE DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME, THE FOOD IS SUB PAR AND DUE TO LACKBOF STAFF AND PERSONAL U MIGHT FIND KIDS SITTING AT THE BAR UNREAL, THIS IS A GREAT SPOT BUT THERE NEED BETTER MANAGEMENT

  I visited your location on Saturday, February 7, for dinner and games. This was my first time visiting this location. I would like to start by highlighting how incredibly attentive Josh, our waiter, was throughout the evening. He was kind, caring, and on top of his service despite what appeared to be a shortage of waitstaff. Josh truly provided excellent customer service and made our dining experience enjoyable. On the other hand, our interaction with the hostess working that evening was disappointing. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name, but I believe it started with a “J.” She appeared unprofessional and disengaged. I had to initiate the greeting and provide my reservation name while she stood sipping a drink and staring at us. She then pointed toward our reserved table rather than walking us there, which I believe is a basic responsibility of a hostess. Overall, she gave the impression that she did not want to be there. If providing excellent customer service is a priority, I would recommend reconsidering staffing choices, particularly for front-of-house roles. Additionally, several of the game machines were broken, which impacted our overall experience.

  Kania is an outstanding host at Dave & Buster’s Brooklyn, always going above and beyond to make every visit enjoyable. She’s attentive, friendly, and makes sure everything runs smoothly, which makes her one of the best hosts out there.
