  I have no complaints about the games. That part is fun and the staff seem friendly. The restaurant is totally opposite. We were waiting for about 15 min and no one came to take an order. We had to go look for the waitress. Service was absolutely horrible. We ask for a straw - she fidgets the straw, we ask for a lemon - she forgets the lemon, we had to chase her to order more things… The table was full of empty dishes and no one was cleaning it. No one asked if we wanted a dessert. And we had to look for her to get the bill so she ran right away waiting next to us to leave a tip. The food was tasteless, especially the steak. Like a rubber. I will never eat there again.

  Dave & Buster’s was unfortunately a very disappointing experience for me. We sat down and waited about 15–20 minutes before a waitress came to take our order. The appetizer arrived in a timely manner, but we had to get up and get napkins from the bar because none were brought to the table. We also didn’t receive the ketchup or utensils we asked for, we ended up eating our appetizers without drinks. Our drinks finally came after we had already finished the appetizers. The waitress never checked on us during this time. We then waited about 30 minutes for our entrée. When it arrived, we still didn’t have ketchup and had to get some from another table ourselves. The waitress only came to check on us after we had already finished eating. The only positive thing I can say is that the food was hot. However, the service was extremely slow and inattentive. As we were leaving, I noticed a little boy crying all alone because he was lost. My husband went to security to let them know there was a lost child, and the security guard said he was on break. That response was very concerning and unprofessional. This was my first time visiting this Dave & Buster’s, and unfortunately it will also be my last.

  Been coming here for a while. Its been a while since I've been in. I decided to come out with a friend. Had some food and drinks nothing too crazy. Asked for the bill, received it paid and nothing no change for like 10 mins, 10 mins of watching our server take care of other people and not giving us our change. I had to get up and walk across to our server to ask about the change it was told to me we said its ok. Its no ok . We stated its ok we didnt want anything else and asked for a check. Didnt say take our change shame because we always give Gratuity. Leaves a bad taste in our mouth people trying to steal money when its not necessary . Not to mention how much money we also spent on games just trying to relax and have fun!

  The person who was in charge of putting us at tables was terrible. I don’t know her name but she had glasses, pink hair and she was kind of on the heavy side. I asked her for a booth because I had my 3 year old daughter with me and she said there was no booths available yet I see another worker cleaning one right after someone left. She ended up giving us a table and then gave us a high chair that did not even reach the table for my daughter. She then gave us a high chair that goes on the actual chair but turns out it was not stable and the strap was broken. I then ask her where can I put my wife’s margarita which she was done with her answer was “ You know what I don’t even know”. The only person who should get recognized and get a raise is Miles. He was an excellent server and he made sure to tend to me and my family at all times

  I had a reservation still had to wait 3 hours for my food. It was 2 adults one kid, they automatically added $25 to your bill for tip. They were understaffed. Food ...bottles on the play area. Between the people and staff I will never go back. Even the drinks were watered down. The server knew nothing he says he doesn't even belong serving food he is use to only working in the play area. The food was cold. Very disgusting. We still tipped the young man because he knew no better. Whoever manages need more training or more staff. To spend all that money most games didn't work and there was lines just to play simple games. Save your money ho elsewhere
