  To start off I really don't want to leave any stars cause that is the truth Unfortunately I have to at least put 1 star to post My family and I are completely disappointed. We were a party of 13 people Spent close to $500 in total to get the service we got didn't add up The hostess gave attitude right away Than when were seated we waited almost 40 minutes for service We ordered our food which came cold, tasted stale and nasty Also this whole time I am still waiting for my glass of water which was mentioned to the waiter at this point 3x Some of the orders wasn't correct Had to keep talking to the waiter for things missing from our order over and over again Which at this point was overly exhausting to do When it came down to paying, going over the bill there was extra platers we were being charged for that we didn't order The bill had to be corrected smh Also what made it more crazy this little girl must of been about 4yrs old comes up to me looking for one of the people she came with I asked her are u lost she says yes I got the hostess attention explaining to her she is lost The hostess asked her do u know where the person is that u are looking for the little girl goes I think so The hostess goes go to them than with a attitude and started to walk away from us I was like did this just happen So now as I am ready to talk to another employee The person that she was with came and was happy to find her This incident I went straight to report to management cause that was a scary moment for that little girl No respect,consideration and proper response from this employee Over all the whole night at Dave and Buster was a complete nightmare I will never ever go here again They honestly need to hire a whole new team

  I just came in from visiting Dave & Buster’s Gateway Mall. 3/1/2026 2:30pm Just wanted to take the kids out for a nice night and sadly had a horrible experience. We waited about 30 minutes before a server approached us. I understand it was a Sunday and it could be busy but no one even stopped by to drop waters. Nothing that was my first problem. Secondly, we ordered two appetizers two kids meals, two adult meals and sides separately for my young child. We only received one appetizer and it came out with the rest of our food. We waited an additional 30 to 40 minutes before we got our Adult drinks after having to change my drink two times because they could not change from one to kill it to another for one drink and didn’t have any Hennessy for the second drink. My best friend got pasta which she said was the Worst pasta she ever tasted in her life. My son, even though he’s two years old eats almost anything he kept chewing up his food and spitting out because I had no flavor. I ordered a burger, although I modified it I never said that I didn’t want any seasoning later to find out our waitress ring it in with no seasoning never received the lettuce that I asked for on my burger. Our waitress had to take the mushrooms back that I asked for my burger because it was ice. Cold tasted as if it just came out of the freezer. The shot that I received with my drink. I’m not sure if they gave me the wrong liquor after I stated multiple times I cannot drink patron but less than five minutes after drinking it I was in the bathroom, throwing up. ultimately, I ended up asking for a manager. We were accommodated by taking the burger off once we reached home. My niece and I both have stomach aches and are still vomiting. We did play some games afterwards, and I don’t know if they need to run maintenance on them or what it was just taking the points off the card and the game never allowed us to play.Overall, I just wanted to share my experience and Overall disappointment I will not be coming back.

  Emmy the bartender (the blond hair, out of the box color), must have an issue with delivery drivers. Rude, went out of her way to ignore me and belittle people. The food was ready and just picking up the order to deliver. As someone who if I see you being awful to delivery drivers who are being respectful, I don’t tip and I hope others do not tip. I’m sorry you have to help delivery drivers to pick up food, especially when it was ready already, could have taken two seconds, maybe she shouldn’t be behind the bar, because honestly, not okay. Have the night you give off to others.

  Not only will i NEVER be returning, nobody should ever give this place business ! The service was DESPICABLE… waited 20 minutes to be seated, another 30-45 minutes for somebody to take our order … who kept doing multiple things besides actually taking our order.. then when we started ordering nothing was available… they then took another 36 years to bring out the food & the order was barely right. We reached around 11pm & the place is basically closing before we were able to eat and or play games! I’m disgusted & then the servers was just sitting around laughing like they ain’t have a job to do. PLEASE NEVER WASTE YOUR TIME AND OR MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Oh & to add the plates looked like they just digged in the back and put “fresh” food on it .

  I visited your location on Saturday, February 7, for dinner and games. This was my first time visiting this location. I would like to start by highlighting how incredibly attentive Josh, our waiter, was throughout the evening. He was kind, caring, and on top of his service despite what appeared to be a shortage of waitstaff. Josh truly provided excellent customer service and made our dining experience enjoyable. On the other hand, our interaction with the hostess working that evening was disappointing. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name, but I believe it started with a “J.” She appeared unprofessional and disengaged. I had to initiate the greeting and provide my reservation name while she stood sipping a drink and staring at us. She then pointed toward our reserved table rather than walking us there, which I believe is a basic responsibility of a hostess. Overall, she gave the impression that she did not want to be there. If providing excellent customer service is a priority, I would recommend reconsidering staffing choices, particularly for front-of-house roles. Additionally, several of the game machines were broken, which impacted our overall experience.
