  I WAS THERE FEB 14 FOR A 530 RESERVATION THE HOST WALKED US OVER TO A TABLE AND SAID OH THE TABLE IS NOT CLEAN A D WALKED AWAY LEFT ME AND MY CHILD AND FAMILY IN THE MIDDLE PF THE DINNING ROOM WHERE WE DECIDE TO FIND A TABLE A D SIT OURSELF'S AT THE VERY END I ORDERD A DESSERT ( ICECREAM AND BROWNIE) WGICH LITERALLY TOOK 35 MINUTES WHEN I ASLED FOR A MANAGER HE WENT TO SEE WGAT THE HOLD UP WAS AND NEVER CAME BACK THEN A DIFFRENT MANAGER CAME OUT WITH IT 10 MINUTES AFTER THAT NO APOLOGIE AND NO ICE CREAM THE PUT WHIPPED CREAM ON IT I SAT THERE ALONE AS MY PARTY WENT TO PLAY GAMES BECAUSE I MEAN WHAT CHILD WANTS TO WAIT ALL THAT TIME FOR DESSERT I HAD PAOD THE BILL ALREADY AND MADE A JOKE THAT THEY SHOULD OF JUST TAKEN IT OFF THE BILL JE WALKED AWAY AND I HAD TO ASK SOMEONE ELSE FOR A TAKE HOME CONTAINER 😡 MY DATE WITH MY SON AND EXPERIENCE WAS BAD AT THAT POINT

  After bringing my twins there for a day of fun I would recommend this location to anyone the service was amazing the food was great I wanna especially recommend our host by the name of Kania she was very helpful very polite friendly she gave all the characteristics of customer service she made my daughters laugh and they enjoyed her as being our host her energy was great and I would definitely be looking forward to her serving me again at my next visit great job Kania continue to give great service and be that customer service that ppl look for and appreciate in this business.

  I had a great time from the beginning to the end of the night! I especially want to thank our hostess, Kania, for making my family’s night smooth and fun. She was amazing with the kids and made us feel comfortable and well informed throughout the evening. She was so sweet and friendly. 100/10 ‼️

  John is the best manager I’ve seen work in a fast food chain. Dave & Buster on Atlantic is top tier! John and the crew gets a 5 star rating! I highly appreciate the service. I will be taking myself, and the kids here again!
