About a year ago, when I had bought boxes of ice creams amounting to 18 dollars or so, The ice creams were all melted, and I had gotten an exchange but those ice creams were melted too. I had sent someone who I knew and was well acquainted to this supermarket to get a refund on my behalf, but I was told by that person that the manager had said that they ''stopped giving out refunds because of Covid'' which was absurd and a blatant lie to keep my money. Ever since, I stopped coming here since they robbed me. They also had expired items on the shelf too.
