  So Today oct 31 2025. Maybe about 12:40--1:00pm my husband order a sandwich at this place. He clearly said turkey, cheese, and mayo. The guy from de deli made the sandwich and added lettuce and tomato. My 11 year old does not like lettuce or tomato. Keep in my my husband is accompanied by my son and a 2 year old girl. To make the story short. My husband asked him if he put lettuce and tomato. He said all turkey sandwiches have lettuce and tomato. My husband specified what he wanted on his sandwich and the guy from the deli made the sandwich his way. My husband is very respectful and keep In mind he wont act a fool in front of our kids. Weve been coming here for 7 months already and never had a problem until today. The guy from the deli was having a horrible attitude with my husband literally looking down at my son. Came towards my husband who was holding my two year old in his arms and said look i have zero patience," YOU ARE SO STUPID." " tu eres un estupido" intimidating my son. My husband spoke to the manager and all The manager said is "MAKE HIM ANOTHER SANDWICH" This is not how it supposed to be. I see this place has horrible reviews on customer service. My husband was literally verbally attacked today. Ive worked for years in supermarkets and we are not supposed to be rude or speak in a demeaning way to our customers. And managers should be able to reinforce that. YOU NEED TO DO BETTER CTOWN!! !!!!!!!'n

  The owner of this establishment, manager, whatever he is. The tall man with the glasses is very disrespectful. He called me a stupid white woman before and disrespected my 15 year old son just today because they sold him a jar of opened garlic. He needs to tell his workers to pay attention. He is ALWAYS disrespectful. Never friendly to anyone accept for Spanish people. He’s very very racist to anyone who is not Spanish. The short manager is kind and courteous. I would rather deal with him any day of the week. He’s friendly and helpful but the tall guy with glasses he is so ignorant and disrespectful. I do not like going in this store solely because of this man. He does not need to be there. Ever!!!

  Poor communication with customers & Nasty attitude from the security guard who think he is the owner and matter fact a business owners will never have attitude with his/her Coustomer if he or she is real woner, they backbite about Coustomer ,log history short guys think twice before & shop at this place …

  Horrible customer service, misleading information on product/service availability. Rude store manager named Enrique who refuse to state his role within the business until he was asked repeatedly. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT BUSINESSES IN OUR COMMUNITIES THAT THINK THEY CAN UNDERSERVE OR PROVIDE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE OF THE LOCATION C-Town Supermarkets 2115 Pitkins BROOKLYN, NY 11207
