Unloaded most of my items unto checkout conveyor belt and then some lady playing on her phone suddenly slammed the this lane is closed sign down preventing me from checking out. The only lane left open was the express lane for 10 items or less. I had 13 items. The lady had a messed up attitude and kept correcting every single thing I was saying like I wasn’t even allowed to talk. She was being insanely PC. So essentially no lanes were open besides the express lane. I had 13 items. Big deal. I use to spend $400 a month here sometimes more. Never again. You have lost my business. Tired of the messed up attitudes. You do NOT slam a lane closed sign down aggressively as somebody is putting food unto the checkout conveyor belt.
