- DADee AdamsJul 19, 20251.0When this store first opened up I went out of my way to shop there because I wanted to see them succeed, mind you there were other stores closer to me. A couple of months ago I purchased 4 boxes of Eggo waffles when they were on sale but when I opened all of them they were all spoiled. Rather than go back to the store I called Eggo and sent them pics etc. They sent me official coupons. When I went to buy a box at CTOWN they would not take the coupon meanwhile it had an official gold seal on it. If that was not bad enough, the way the female manager dismissed me was disgusting. She acted as if she were too busy. Seriously she definitely needs to learn managerial etiquette when dealing with the public or change her job because its obvious she does not know how to communicate or diffuse a situation therefore you should NOT BE IN MANAGEMENT. You lost a customer and I am going to upload the pics of the spoiled waffles as well. I am contacting the company .... they have the original receipt and so do I, but what I should have done initially is come back to your store for my money back. You lost a customer and you should care because there are many supermarkets in the neighborhood.
