- DCD C5 days ago1.0Just left this location. Absolutely disgusting service. Paid 14 dollars for basically no food (since they refuse to give full portions). Food was old when asked for new food they replied “at 7pm there is no new food” additionally had little to no toppings when asked for more cheese responded “no more cheese”. Will be calling corporate on this location.

However, the overall hospitality and customer service from the staff is inconsistent and not the best across the board. That said, there are two employees who truly stand out and consistently deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality: Noelia and Lissette. They are the reason I continue to come back to this location. Every time I walk in and see either of them, I know I’m going to have a positive experience. They are respectful, welcoming, professional, and genuinely make customers feel valued. Noelia and Lissette go above and beyond every single time, and their attitude and work ethic do not go unnoticed. They absolutely deserve a raise and should be strongly considered for the next step into management. I say this confidently as a manager myself—they demonstrate leadership qualities, strong people skills, and the type of customer-focused mindset that elevates a brand. Chipotle would benefit greatly from recognizing and investing in employees like them.

You can also see behind the counter is dirty/not properly kept clean for food safety standards. Staff doubles down when mentioning the protein portion sizes, sayung it’s normal when it literally weighed 2oz. Stealing money from me, I won’t return ever despite living a block away.
