First impressions I was excited to see a Chipotle open in my neighborhood, and my first impression was positive the restaurant was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, my experiences with the food went bad. I have visited this location twice, and on both occasions the burrito was poorly wrapped and fell apart almost immediately. Even when I requested a double wrap, the burrito was still overly compressed and improperly assembled, resulting in a very messy experience. Additionally, my usual order—white rice, extra chicken, beans, pico de gallo, lettuce, sour cream, and guacamole—has increased in price from around $22 in 2021 to $27. Given the price increase, I expected better consistency and quality. I hope management can focus on proper training and quality control to improve the customer experience.
