I recently visited the Chipotle location at 6502 18th Ave, Brooklyn, and my experience was extremely disappointing. I am a blue-collar worker with a hands-on job, and my breaks are often unpredictable, so I rely on ordering my lunch ahead of time. On December 23, 2025, I placed a mobile order through the Chipotle app scheduled for pickup at 12:40 PM. I arrived a bit early and needed to use the restroom, so I went inside and informed the manager that I had placed a mobile order and asked for the restroom code, which she provided. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was in the restroom slightly longer than expected. While I was still inside, the manager began aggressively banging on the door. I loudly stated that the restroom was occupied, yet she continued banging and yelling at me to get out. When I responded, she said she didn’t care what I was doing and demanded that I exit immediately. She also stated that she should have never gave me the code in the first place. I felt upset, humiliated, and rushed, to the point that I couldn’t even finish using the restroom out of fear someone would open the door. When I came out, I asked to speak with the manager and explained that her behavior was completely out of line and deeply disrespectful. She showed no concern for the possibility of a medical issue or that I might have been unwell. This was especially troubling considering I had already informed her that I had a mobile order, which she acknowledged, even giving me my food early. Despite this, she persisted in treating me rudely and disrespectfully. This type of behavior toward a customer—especially during the holiday season—is completely unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend visiting this location.

Food is alright passable. What is ridiculous twenty dollars for one steak bowl with all the bells and whistles. They don't even give you chips they charge you for them. The employee who took my order was a nice girl who greeted and smiled she is cool. It's like an overpriced McDonald's.

Idk if people are slow or if the art of customer service is truly dead. While I was standing in line, an employee named Jesus came up behind me and said “excuse me,” but instead of waiting for me to move, he used his body to forcibly push past me. He did not place his hands on me, but he deliberately pushed into me with his body weight to move me out of the way. There was no urgency, and I was not blocking a critical path. I was wearing a hood because it was cold, and I was not given any chance to react or move before he forced his way through. What makes this worse is that he did not even need to pass through where I was standing. After pushing me, he continued walking through the assembly line area toward the condiments and then walked back behind the assembly line. This means he had other routes available and chose to push past me anyway, or could have simply waited a second for me to move. This made the action feel intentional rather than accidental. The interaction was aggressive, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary. I immediately reported this to the manager on duty, who identified herself as Joann. Her response was dismissive and showed little concern. She stated, “I guess I can talk to him,” which did not convey any urgency or seriousness about what had just happened. When I asked for her name, her attitude was rude and sarcastic, as if my concern was inconvenience. To be very clear, an employee using physical force to move a customer, even by body contact, is unacceptable, and a manager responding with indifference makes the situation even more serious. I left your restaurant feeling disrespected, uncomfortable, and unsafe. I have had positive experiences with Chipotle in the past, but this incident fell far below the standard of conduct I expect as a customer.
