The staff are half-asleep and lazy and don't know how to correctly portion food. Multiple times they've broken wraps and re-wrapped. The place is dirty and lately, their serving counter has been so dirty and messy that if I walk in and see that mess, I'm walking back out. I've even taken the business card at the front of the register and e-mailed one of the reps on the card. This spot needs a hard reset. Bad energy and gross.
