This is a great Chipotle. Best one I’ve eaten at, and it’s consistently good. Staff are nice, not too crowded at lunchtime or dinner time. I have no idea why it gets hate. It’s such a welcome addition to the neighborhood; I enjoy eating here all the time. The front door is sometimes hard to open; that’s the only criticism I have.

Inconsistent orders, ingredients, wrong or quantitie off, low low energy or effort from staff not everybody but it's a mixed experience there for sure.

After a long day, I put in an order for pick up. The person who put together my bowl did an incredible job.

On January 27th around 3:05 at the store on 192 Prospect Park so hungry and happy to walked in… there was one person in front of me and your employee took his order, then walked off and had a side conversation with someone else while I was standing there waiting to be served for about five minutes. That’s just unacceptable and bad customer service. Right thing to do was serve any customers then have your side conversation.
