Anyway I came here a few days ago for a tofu bowl. The food didn’t look too appealing, but because it was my lunch break I need something quick to eat. As I’m checking out the POS is not working. The cashier’s were trying to figure it out, but to know avail. So one of the Cashiers went to get the “manager” Yonalby Mercedes. At this point I had been waiting for a couple of minutes, so he presses some buttons and states “it should work now”and walks away, but it didn’t. At this point now I’ve been waiting for close to 10 minutes. He comes back out and tries to figure it out with never acknowledging me or the inconvenience. Long story short, because I can continue to go on. He was unprofessional and absolutely lacked customer service skills. I would never go back here. Go where you’re celebrated and not tolerated!
