Wasted money, wasted time and it was 11 pm when I received the order so all the other stores were already closed and I had to go to bed hungry after work without eating anything. Awful experience, never buying from this place again👎🏽

There’s a young girl working there who is incredibly rude — she clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing, throws food around, and causes a scene instead of helping customers. The blame ultimately falls on the managers, because they allow this type of behavior and clearly don’t train or supervise their staff properly. This is by far the worst Chipotle in Brooklyn, and it shows in every part of the experience.
