I ordered 2 guac and chips and a side of pico de gallo. The chips were stale. I went back to ask for a fresh batch. They told me all the batches are fresh. I said yeah, but the ones that I have or not. She argued and told me that she guarantees all the chips are made Fresh every day. I told her well I got a bad batch. She says I promise you sir they are all fresh. So I had to beg her to give me another batch because I could not eat what they had given me. So when I asked for a new batch, she just rolled her eyes and went to the back. The other batch was a little bit better, but I still ran into stale chips and just ended up throwing everything out because even the pico de gallo tasted weird and the guac was very salt. So basically, I got bad food and bad service, something I’ve never experienced before at chipotle. And the picture of the employee that’s on these review posts is the very same girl that gave me the hard time. This place needs to get a quality check visit from their management higher ups.
