The Asian guy took my burrito wrap and walked to the back with it twirling it as if it was pizza then I said I want a different one and he says there's a wrap warmer in the back. What was wrong with the warmer in front of me? So he made the burrito and he couldn't close it. I had to walk to the next chipotle just to eat and to order a chipotle vinegerette that was sold out only to get one that taste like a bottle of salt smh its not about complaining its the level of respect that I asked for a different one period! Im paying for it im eating it. Check the date and camera!!!

The girl insisted on doing me and my friends bowl together instead of one at a time and ended up mixing them up and both our orders being wrong. Didn’t offer to remake them. Also they were out of guac and a few other things. Go only on weekdays I guess? Or avoid altogether.

The staff is awfully rude and never gets my order right. They make you wait 30+ mins past the scheduled order pick-up time to receive your food and then they have the audacity to be rude to people asking if their order is ready. They literally lie to the customers and say they are out of things like chips and then go to the back and get chips for the pick-up orders… Something is seriously wrong with whoever is managing this establishment and is hiring these insanely incompetent people to work in it. Also - extremely dirty, like so much so that you can even sit down. There is not a soul sitting in there eating and yet the tables AND chairs are covered in food as well as the counter they serve people on.. no wonder I usually get meat in my vegetarian orders.
