They really need to investigate the place and change the manager that is no doing his job. Is sad because I like chipotle but I will never go back to this location. And is not the only bad experience here. I keep giving second chance to it but het this it was the last time.

The surfaces were filthy, and I watched an employee “clean” the counter by pushing debris around with their gloved hands then immediately wrap a burrito without changing those gloves. I was already put off but tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered anyway. I shouldn’t have. I found a long black hair in my burrito, and it was wrapped so poorly it was clear the employee didn’t care at all. The place was messy, disorganised, and full of cross-contamination concerns. This happened yesterday, November 24th, and I had no time to come into the store to complain, but I have never experienced anything this gross. Go to Guac Time around the corner or walk a bit further to the next Chipotle. Stay away.
