Yes, it’s busy, being right in the Fulton Street Mall, but the staff here is clearly well trained and keeps things moving efficiently even during peak hours. What really stands out are the portion sizes. They’re consistently generous, noticeably more so than many Manhattan Chipotle locations, which makes a big difference for value. The restaurant is also clean and well maintained, and I really appreciate that the sauce bottles are always filled, a small detail, but one that shows good management and attention to customers. The only real downside is that the rewards system machines can be flaky and aren’t always working, which can be a bit frustrating. Still, that’s a minor issue compared to how solid everything else is. Overall, I genuinely don’t understand why this location sits below a 4.3-star rating. Given the portions, cleanliness, and consistently solid service in such a high-traffic area, this Chipotle easily earns 5 stars from me.
