As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- MDMarianna DJul 11, 20253.0The store isn't listed on checkers app when you go they try to say the offer isn't in their computer with ur member number or even scanning your app. Clearly customer service seen it when I called ! It was in my app and even printed on my receipt . Your store employees need to get out of their personal feelings and give the offer the member has on their reward choices . I'm filing a complaint with consumer affairs next if this doesn't change ! Had enough this is the closet checkers to us and the foods great but management and cashiers are on power trip when they see the offers members have or points we've earned . Ridiculous i had a birthday offer for my upcoming birthday and the cashier tried saying it wasn't coming up yet prints on my receipt showing clearly my offer . Sorry get ur things straight ! It's ridiculous . Then my husband goes to make purchase for the rest of fam and same scenario... tell them ur calling customer service they don't care rude .
- BBblack boxJun 30, 20251.0This place is right around the corner from where I live. I always go in there to get food, today I wore my traditional clothes and the racism spoke volumes in there. For starters I never had a problem in there with food but this new guy working there is either getting over worked or he’s trying to make them loose business on purpose. He had headphones in both ears and didn’t even want to take my order. Now why I say the racism spoke volumes is because a black guy walked in behind me and the guy completely ignored me. I’m not great at explaining things but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
