  Every visit here feels special, not just because of the food or drinks, but because of the overall atmosphere and the way the experience is carefully put together. From the moment you arrive, everything feels warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully done. The ambiance sets the perfect tone for the evening, and the service is smooth, attentive, and genuine. There is a real sense of care in every detail, which makes it easy to relax and truly enjoy the moment. The food is outstanding — rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly prepared with passion. The cocktails are equally impressive, perfectly balanced and crafted to elevate the entire experience. A special thank you to our server, Mykola. He truly made the evening exceptional. His professionalism, deep knowledge of the menu, and thoughtful recommendations made everything flow effortlessly. Without him, the experience simply would not have been the same. Thank you for another wonderful evening — one that leaves lasting impressions and makes you want to return again.

  This is not our first time at this place, and every visit is a true pleasure — not only to enjoy lunch or dinner, but to truly feel the atmosphere, the care, and the overall experience. Everything here is done with heart: a welcoming ambiance, attentive service, and that special feeling that you are genuinely appreciated as a guest. The food is outstanding — absolutely delicious — and the cocktails make you forget about all your worries for a while. Today we were served by Micola. He truly made our evening a 10 out of 10. Perfect service, excellent knowledge of the menu, great recommendations, and an ability to understand exactly what to suggest — without him, this evening would not have been the same. A huge thank you to Micola and to the entire team for such a wonderful evening.

  I feel bad even to have to post this but my rice and peas came out cold and i don’t mean room temperature i mean cold also i wanted the steak but they didn’t have. I also wanted the Mash for my side and they didn’t have that either. Had the Griot which was not flavorful at all it just tasted like it was fried with nothing on it. My one drink was pretty cool and the guava flavored wings were on point but i must say i was disappointed.

  I had the opportunity to dine at Charm Restaurant & Bar this weekend and overall had a great experience. I made a reservation online for three and we were seated immediately upon arrival. Although it appeared they were a bit short-staffed (the server was also the hostess) the service was still excellent. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and offered honest recommendations, which we appreciated. My only disappointment was that SEVERAL of the food items we originally wanted were not in stock. That said, the dishes we ultimately chose were delicious. Given that our visit was right after the holidays (Christmas and New Year’s), we understood how this could happen. The manager even took the time to come over and explain the situation, which I truly appreciated. Overall, the atmosphere and hospitality were great and will definitely bring me back. I just hope everything on the menu is available next time. Thank you, Charm Restaurant & Bar.

  I took my girlfriend here for her birthday and we had an amazing time. We had the ox tail and grits along with a burger for the bottomless brunch. Everything we had was phenomenal. The true star of our afternoon was our server Sabrina (Bri) she was amazing in every single way. Not only was this woman the only server on a busy afternoon, but I watched her make sure EVERY guest was well taken care of. This was the fist birthday with my partner with more to come, and Bri made sure we had an amazing experience. When you come here I hope you’re lucky enough to have her take care of you. Cause good food is one thing, but top notch service takes it to an entirely different level.
