Food was good and service was as well!! I would highly recommend Everything was tasty!!! Especially the fried califlower!! I also wanted the Mash for my side and they didn’t have that either. Had the Griot which was not flavorful at all it just tasted like it was fried with nothing on it. My one drink was pretty cool and the guava flavored wings were on point but i must say i was disappointed.

I made a reservation online for three and we were seated immediately upon arrival. Although it appeared they were a bit short-staffed (the server was also the hostess) the service was still excellent. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and offered honest recommendations, which we appreciated. My only disappointment was that SEVERAL of the food items we originally wanted were not in stock. That said, the dishes we ultimately chose were delicious. Given that our visit was right after the holidays (Christmas and New Year’s), we understood how this could happen. The manager even took the time to come over and explain the situation, which I truly appreciated. Overall, the atmosphere and hospitality were great and will definitely bring me back. I just hope everything on the menu is available next time. Thank you, Charm Restaurant & Bar.
- MSManjinder SinghDec 31, 20255.0I took my girlfriend here for her birthday and we had an amazing time. We had the ox tail and grits along with a burger for the bottomless brunch. Everything we had was phenomenal. The true star of our afternoon was our server Sabrina (Bri) she was amazing in every single way. Not only was this woman the only server on a busy afternoon, but I watched her make sure EVERY guest was well taken care of. This was the fist birthday with my partner with more to come, and Bri made sure we had an amazing experience. When you come here I hope you’re lucky enough to have her take care of you. Cause good food is one thing, but top notch service takes it to an entirely different level.

Charm is doing Caribbean and American favorites in a beautiful Brooklyn restaurant lounge. With a menu that comes from their family’s roots in Haiti alongside Jamaica, Trinidad, and the Caribbean diaspora. They also have option for vegans and a very very executive and unique cocktail menu making this a perfect spot for date night! Must try dishes: 🧀 Oxtail Mac n Cheese 🍖 Jerk Lamb Chops 🍄🟫 Griot Pork with Mushroom Rice
