CAVA in Williamsburg is an absolute standout, offering a clean, welcoming environment that immediately makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. The restaurant is always spotless and well-organized, which really enhances the overall dining experience and shows how much the staff cares about quality and presentation. Kimberly made my bowl, and she was super nice, attentive, and took the time to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. Everyone there is genuinely friendly and helpful, making the experience enjoyable even during busy times. Overall, this Williamsburg CAVA location is truly the best, with great service, amazing food, and a team that makes you want to keep coming back.

My daughter ordered through the website like a hour ago and received no confirmation email nor did they come at 6:30pm, like they said! But you guys took my daughter's money đź’° via credit card. This is unacceptable and I will be going in-person to get my daughter's money đź’° back. Ppl do not order anything online from this company! Then support told my daughter after 100 minutes the reservation cancels out! But what about her money đź’°? We will not use this site ever again!

I had such a great experience here, and a huge part of that was the team. Karina, Leslie, and Kayla were genuinely warm, patient, and attentive. You can really tell when people care about what they’re doing, and it shows in the way they treat customers. I’ll definitely be coming back thanks to the great customer service.
