They need to do something about that SHANTA manager!!! The way she treats the employees is beyond unbelievable, she screams at them and calls them stupid and gets in their face even infront of the customers!!?! The workers are very respectful, patient and understanding and They do not deserve to deal with that everytime I come in here and she’s in the store she is disrespecting those people, sometimes shes so loud we cant even hear the workers when we order. She needs to be fired immediately.! And this is not the first bad review she has gotten I have read through reviews and she has most of the bad reviews that go way back. Do better. (She was what seemed to have been drunk in the middle of the store while working a while back aswell)

I stopped by CAVA recently and it did not disappoint. The ingredients tasted super fresh, and I love how customizable the bowls are, portions were solid, It’s a little pricier than typical fast-casual spots, but the quality makes it worth it. Definitely a go-to when you want something quick but still healthy and flavorful. Staff is here is really friendly especially Kim.

Ridiculous!!! I hope the Health Department and Ecolab looks deeper into this place! I just ordered Uber Eats from this place (2/12) and they gave me old rice! What are they doing at this place?! The managers need to do a better job of training their staff to not serve old, hard rice. Took one bite of the food and could not tell what it was; thought it was small BONES at first that I was chewing. I got my food from my Uber driver, who was great and efficient at delivering. However, this location needs better quality management. They should not be cutting corners, and it was not even rush hour. Get it together, CAVA! I hope corporate looks into this location, because this is the second time I have gotten something like this from them. And this can be a sign of poor food regulations and poor upkeep. You're also dealing with other products like meat. There is not an excuse for this...swap out the rice and stop being negligent with food safety and quality!

I’m honestly disturbed by what I witnessed at CAVA. While I was there, I saw a situation unfold involving a missing Prada bag, and the way it was handled was extremely suspicious and upsetting. When the person asked about it, the staff were dismissive, gave inconsistent answers, and didn’t seem concerned at all about helping resolve it.
From what I observed, it felt like the situation wasn’t being handled honestly. The attitude and lack of urgency made the whole thing seem very questionable, and it left a really bad impression on me as a customer just standing there watching it happen.
Seeing something like that made me uncomfortable and made me feel like people’s belongings aren’t safe there. The way the situation was brushed off instead of taken seriously was frustrating to watch. I definitely won’t be returning after witnessing that.

I came to try cava food amazing but the servers were so angry no greet no nothing pure attitude nasty face already you say thank you they have the same face just mad angry like if you don't like your job its fine but who wants to purchase food and get served by angry people do better Cave I spent $28 on a my meal paid for all the extras no problem the attitude needs to go it was a server names SKY mad at me for getting a cava bowl that's what I felt so tense
