We booked a table for Saturday evening and had a fantastic experience. The lighting is dim in a romantic way, and the layout of the tables gives you just enough privacy to feel like you’re in your own little world. The food presentation was stunning—it really looked like art on a plate—but thankfully the taste backed it up. We shared a dessert to finish, and it was the perfect end to the meal. A great spot for a date or any time you want dinner to feel like an occasion.

I am from NJ and my sister from Manhattan and we drove all the way to Brooklyn at 4am and the employees at this restaurant from the speaker to the pick up window were beyond kind and engaging, offered us options that were not even on the menu, and got the order fresh and correct down to the sauces. I have eaten at a lot of fast food places in my life and this was one of the best experiences with better service than many 5 star NYC establishments and the great attitude was not forced, it was absolutely genuine. Highly recommend the night crew especially.

Honestly they should have left this staple in the south. The food is not as seasoned or flavorful as the ones from NC. Bland food and honestly they need to revamp the menu, have better staff that are customer service obsessed. I ordered some items and when I got home it was totally different. You’re standing on line for awhile and the cash register girl is just standing there. Manager needs retraining. Don’t waste your money or time. We need the Aunties in there cooking, not a bunch of kids.

Horrible experience tbh, I got a small piece of blue hard plastic in my fries and when I went to tell the workers she tried to call me a liar😂. They were saying there’s nothing blue by the fries and telling me to look at it, even after I asked why would I just put a piece of plastic in my fries to get a new one they kept telling me it wasn’t true and it’s not possible. Then the manager came and asked me to see it, she went to the back and when she came back she told the workers it’s a small piece from the handle on the box of fries. The workers went quiet and made me my new fries. A lot of my friends also got their order messed up. This place honestly just needs new workers. Only the manager was nice. They don’t add no napkins or utensils, the only thing they add is wrong items. I’ve never seen so many wrong orders in that short span of time.

On opening day, this new Bojangles was so insanely packed that only a few people were allowed in at a time. The reason is that this area of Brooklyn has been lacking options for ages and everyone who's been around long enough remembers when a Bojangles opened up in Flatbush in the 1980s. Unfortunately, for all the excitement, Bojangles has been a major let down. Don't get me wrong. The location is nice and clean, and the service OK. The problem is that it's pretty mid when it comes to menu options, especially considering all the other fast food places nearby. There's no bone in chicken at all. If you want chicken, it's either tenders or sandwiches. That's all. Not even wings. The sides, especially the biscuits and desserts, are mediocre and immediately beg comparison to other chains, whether it's Popeye's (the dirty rice, biscuits and desserts are better), McDonald's (the pies are better), Burger King (the sides are better) or otherwise. Lastly, everything is overpriced for food that is little better than average, and for a menu that brings nothing new to the table. Unless this chain steps up its game, I don't see how this is a better alternative to Popeye's, KFC, Wingstop, Buffalo Wild Wings or the dozens of moms and pops in this neck of the woods. Even the local Chinese takeout is a better option.
