When ordering ahead, make sure to check your order, they never know to pack the donuts until you ask. We went for the BR 5/31 deal which was 31% off your purchase. Never in my life of ordering ice cream have I been charged for the cup. There was nowhere on the menu where the cup was said to be an extra charge. What am I supposed to do? Bring my own cup next time? Carry it with my hand? Just include the cup in the freaking price, it's like charging for the container when ordering carry out. For a place that advertises 31 flavors, you can expect around 10 if you visit them on a good day.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
