Ive come here before & I guess they still haven't gotten around to cleaning it. I only returned because they seem to be the only location that has the flavor ice cream I like. They didn't have it & since I traveled so far I attempted to purchase something so trip wouldn't be wasted. Employee suggested itry vanilla, i asked if I could sample it as all vanilla's don't taste the same. She said we don't let people try& walked away. If that's the policy so be it but I've been to many Baskin & Robbins & they offer you a sample without you even asking, in fact there are a bunch of tiny spoons just for that. Her walking away was rude- BTY- there were no other customers there so it's not like I was holding anyone waiting. Needless to say I'll never frequent this location again & will make it my business to let anyone I know to take their business elsewhere. I know these days politeness & courtesy is a thing of the past but knowing that doesn't make it acceptable.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
