Half of the ice creams have no tag or wrong tags. I just ordered a triple scoop along with some other items. I thought I was getting mint chocolate, gold ribbon, and cookies and cream ice cream which I've had in other stores no problem. However, when I went to eat what I thought was the gold ribbon ice cream my mouth got filled with the taste of peanut butter. I have never been formally diagnosed with having a peanut allergy but the taste and smell makes me feel nauseous and my tongue slightly tingly and or numb. If I was someone with a peanut allergy I would be in a lot of trouble due to unknowingly eating something that contains peanuts. I had to dispose the whole thing since even the other layers of flavors had tasted of this. In the end I am left feeling like I wasted my time and money and thankful that I don't have a nut allergy because then I would have wasted more time and money on a hospital trip. Please fix this issue.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
