- URUbani RetaurantDec 19, 20251.0Purchased a Blodgett oven two months ago, and it’s been making noise since day one. Reaching Simon was nearly impossible—after two months, he finally answered and took zero responsibility. His only offer was to “call Blodgett himself.” No support, no accountability. Extremely disappointing experience. Will never purchase from this company again.

They are the only company I’ve dealt with in the past 10 years that do not have a willing to provide part numbers for their parts that is a big red flag, that means either they get their parts from a different supplier and then they resell it to usor they don’t want you to know the apartment number so you cannot get it anywhere else which is a huge problem don’t buy from them, don’t talk to them. Don’t use their equipment just don’t.
