  I place an order every day, and it is always a hassle when someone goes to pick it up because of the bag fee. You should charge for the bag upfront when the order is placed, rather than making it an issue at the time of pickup. Personally, I have no problem paying for the bag; just please do not treat the people with disabilities—who are doing me the favor of going to pick up my order—poorly.

  Came here yesterday the lady who takes orders has so much attitude and apart from that she doesn’t say the order total she stands there and stares instead of asking if anything else is wanted or telling us the order total. My sandwich wasn’t even toasted the bread was still cold and the contents in it were still very cold. The hash browns were like greenish brownish when broken apart. This dunkin needs new workers immediately nobody has patience these days to deal with a person who hates their job and gives workers attitude.

  I am a regular here, but since the new guy has come in: service come with an attitude, the food taste horrible, coffee is not made correct. They have the food sitting in the heaters too long that hash browns are soggy, the bacon is over cooked, the croissant is stale. The woman is not as friendly and cheerful as before and there are always homeless and intoxicated people in there now. I will not be going back. Ill take the walk yo the next dunking or starbucks!!

  This place has the rudest lady working. They way she speaks to you is like she is looking down on you and you are the hum in the bottom of her shoe. I have been her twice now as it’s right by my boyfriends and we like to get a little drinky drink and donut in our way to work and she is just the worst. She won’t tell you the total of the order and just stares at you untill you pay. How am I suppose to know it’s ready to pay when I can’t see the screen and you have said nothing. And then she will roll her eyes as she turning and let out a sigh like singer job is a burden. I have worked customer service jobs for my entire life my income is based on how well a experience I provide to my client and if I acted like her I would be living in a box on the side of the street. Yes having a job and having to work sucks majorly, I don’t enjoy it either but unfortunately we have to have one. Maybe yall need new training on how the person who interacts with the customers treat them. I will now be taking my buisness to strarbucks. It may be further and I may have to pay a delivery fee but it’s worth it to not even have to be in the prescience of one of the rudest people I have ever met.
